It’s the end of the year and we’ve made it! Between the amazing clients, late nights and even those moments where we questioned why we’ve decided to take on entrepreneurship in the first place… it’s been great! So, applaud yourself and your struggles because they have made you who you are and have placed your business where it is today.
So what now? How do you prep for the New Year? Let’s take thought to the motto “You don’t know where you are going if you don’t know where you have been”.
Here are some questions to ask yourself on behalf of your business:
Am I currently selling/servicing my ideal target?
Have I reached the goals that I set for my business at the beginning of 2015?
Does my business stick out from its competitors or does it simply fall in line
After my experiences with clients and customers this year should I revamp my Terms and Conditions? (Think long and hard this one is very important.)
Lastly, make a new budget including all your bills and expenses. Do you have any money left for yourself and the things that you would like to do such as travel or buying a new car or house? If not it may be time to adjust your pricing. The New Year is always a perfect time to do so. Most times people don’t question it and don’t feel bad because it has to be done.
